Membership fees for 2011-2012 season
Below are the different membership types we have to offer:
- Temporary membership: first three sessions free
- Adult membership: $370 (includes $70 DP fee + $270 CDBA fee + $30 building levy). This is the equivalent of about $7 per week.
- Students up to Year 12: $250 (includes $70 DP fee + $170 CDBA fee + $10 building levy)
- Off season adult membership: $150 (includes $70 DP fee + $70 CDBA fee + $10 building levy). This applies between 1 April and 30 August.
- Off season student membership: $130 (includes $70 DP fee + $50 CDBA fee + $10 building levy). This applies between 1 April and 30 August.

How your membership fees are used
CDBA fees cover the use of boats, paddles and other equipment (including maintenance and upkeep), entry fees for local regattas, and insurance coverage while you are training or racing. The building levy goes toward the cost of moving into purpose-built premises in the future.
The $70 Diamond Phoenix fee is used by the club to cover the costs of training aids, equipment, uniforms, entry fees for 'away' regattas and subsidised travel and/or accommodation costs where possible.
The club actively seeks grants and other appropriate sources of funding, and regularly participates in a number of fundraising activities. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor of the club or have access to information about such opportunities, please contact the club registrar.
Uniform
We have a uniform for you to purchase including:
- Racing singlet $35
- Personal Flotation Device (PFD/buoyancy vest) $90
members may use their own PFD if it's Type 1 or 2 safety standard
